Q: How much do you charge for...?
A: The answer always depends on the current condition of the
situation. Here are some standards:
General computer assistance... $65/hour
1.5 hour minimum
Network setup and troubleshooting... $85/hour
1.5 hour minimum
Specialized tutoring... $99/hour
Windows Operating System Reinstallation... $99
includes: backup of old files and reinstallation of all provided software
does not include Server operating systems
Website design and implementation... $50/hr
Q: So... how do I know how much it will
cost to fix my computer?!?
A: Really, it depends on what's wrong with it. Not just the
symptoms, but what is really wrong. This is why we always offer a
free diagnosis with an estimate of what it will take to fix the
computer.
Q: Can I drop my computer off at your shop?
A: No. Only because we don't have a "shop." We have an office and workcenter, but not a regular shop that is open to the public.
